How to tackle with declining birth rates

1. Nurture support for young couples. Women have had an important role in our society for the last two decades as advancement to society. It’s very tough for them to raise their kids with women’s persuading their carrier. Nurture support is indispensable including financial support and providing them with nursery center opened for a long time.

2. Promotion of immigrants. It’s effective to increase absolutely population denominator. The more denominator increases, the more opportunities to meet partners also increase. But we should bear in mind that women are not birth-giving machines. Government has responsibility to provide them with comfortable environment such as welfare, education and so on.

3. Support for medical improvement. It is said that having a baby over 40 is called granny birth. With medical improvement, we can expect to extend its limit. In other words, we could have possibility to have more babies through this extension. Government should support for medical research.

4. Part-time workers, nonregular contract employee are a third of the overall workforce, and 1 out of 3 is so called "freeter". Government should enhance the to shift activity part-time worker towards full time worker. We can expect stable life by having a stable full time work. Birth rate would be improved in the long run if people get stability.
