Privacy invasion in modern society

Privacy invasion has been one of the biggest problems in modern society. I’ll talk about how serious it is using following two points.

First, inappropriately obtained info/leaking info. A couple years ago, I delivered the speech at International Semiconductor conference. The dissertation I wrote and my presentation could attract attention from audiences and publishers. It’s welcome to be shed light on itself. But one editor called me on weekend and he was about to visit me. It seemed that my personal information was circulated in some reason or others. I’m afraid how widely my data is leaked. I’m not cerebirity or politician. But I could a little bit sympathize with them. Anyway, leaking info is significantly serious problem.

Second, exposed our daily life. For example, we live at the 7th floor in the 14 story cond. At my eye line, there is Izakaya. I can see people drinking and chatting. It is identical that they can see us. My wife takes off her clothes w/o closing the curtains. The more building is high-rise, the more the risk to expose ourselves is increased.

In conclusion, it’s no exaggeration to say that our privaxies are threatened in modern society.
